Upstream Management Limited (Upstream) is a fully integrated, multi-disciplinary consulting and contracting company based in Trinidad and Tobago, providing services from Geophysical design and acquisition to geotechnical evaluation and identification of potential viable exploration and development opportunities throughout onshore and offshore Trinidad and Tobago, as well as preparing environmental approvals. Over the past twenty years, Upstream helped establish state/private onshore JV’s in the oil and gas sector, and has established itself as a premier service company within that sector offering a wide range of services.

Broad consulting and specialty contracting skills have been developed as Upstream continues to contribute within the niche it has helped create. These are listed in the personnel section, with details contained in the resumes.

Upstream has developed over the years as a completely grass-roots and self-funded enterprise. This has resulted in slow but steady growth. Upstream is ideally positioned for further growth in an environment of new technologies and reduced competition.

Experienced staff is the centre of success and effort in Upstream. We have a core group of 10 professionals on staff managing a compliment of between 40 and 1,000 people, depending upon project demands, with higher staffing levels related to management of labour during 3D seismic programs.
